Hi All,
I have never worked in sales, but I know that a very important aspect of sales jobs is to find the right amount of leads. If you are a sales professional who needs help with this, then SRC Lists is the right company for you.

SRC Lists helps other companies to find sales leads. SRC stands for Survey Resource Center. The company is a database of information. So instead of a financial planning company or a debt refinance company taking the time to look for leads, SRC Lists does a lot of the work.

So if anyone out there works for a company and is in need for some serious leads, then check this company out.

Consider Shasta Pools: Even If Pools are THE LAST thing on you're mind right now!

Hi All,

It's that time of year again! Yep. Time to think about pool shopping, especially with Shasta Pools. I know what you are going to say. It is winter-time. Pool shopping is the LAST thing on my mind when the weather is getting colder. Let me tell you though, you must have felt pretty envious of all of the people in your neighborhood who had pools in your backyard and you didn't. So try not to make the same mistake twice. Give Shasta Pools a go.

Shasta Pools offers a wide variety of finishes and tiles for their pools. The company also makes buying a pool affordable by providing mortgage and loan consolidation options. Of course, if you want to remodel a pool that you already own, the company has many choices in remodeling such as adding filters, in-floor cleaning systems, and energy efficient pumps.

It is never too early to start thinking of buying or remodeling a pool. Before you know it, summer will be here again, so don't be the only one on your block left out of the pool fun!

Get in the Spirit This Holiday Season! Try RENEW International.

Hi All,
I don't know about anyone else, but the holiday season, and Christmas in particular, always makes me think more of my Catholic faith. The trip to Bethlehem, Mary and Joseph having no room at the inn, the manger, the three wise men, and all of the rest is what I think of when I think of Christianity. It is a shame, though, that it takes the Christmas season for me to truly reflect on my religion. I want to change that though. I want to strengthen my faith, whether it is Christmastime or not, so hopefully, RENEW International can help me with this.

RENEW International is an organization that supplies a Roman Catholic with any information that he or she needs in learning how to be a better follower of Christ. You can volunteer for the organization. There are programs such as ARISE Together in Christ that aid in applying Catholic teaching and Holy Scriptures to everyday life. You can even join RENEW International's online community if you want to meet others who share some of the same comments or questions about their faith as you do, and you could even start up your own conversation and get a dialogue going.

By writing this, I don't mean to offend those who are not Catholic or those who aren't Christian. I just wanted to discuss an organization that is doing some interesting things. I think that, especially considering what is going on with the world with the economy, wars, and other junk, some spiritual guidance is DEFINITELY in order!

Consider Investing in Precious Metals

Hello World,

I just wanted to open everyone's eyes about investing in precious metals. If you have been living under a rock lately, you may notice that there are commercials regarding investing in gold. This is something one definitely may want to consider, especially since the economy has made everyone kind of insecure about. A person to definitely consider in terms of researching precious metals such as gold is Andrew Wilshire.

Andrew Wilshire gives advice for those who are interested in investing in gold, silver, gemstones, and the like. He is passionate about the subject and he thinks that the value of the dollar has decreased significantly, so that is even more reason to invest in precious metals. What is also interesting about Andrew Wilshire is that he suggests that the demand for Chinese Gold will be stronger this year, which is very interesting to me because I would have never have thought that Chinese gold in particular could be potentially profitable.

So maybe instead of investing in the usual dollar bills, why not try to invest in precious metals, that is, if you have the money to spare. It is an opportunity to make a significant amount of money.

Standing Up For People in Need

Hi World,
In my research, I have looked up a note-worthy person, a Nachshon Draiman. Why is he important enough to blog about, you may ask? Well, it is because of his efforts to reform geriatric care.

Nachshon Draiman has dedicated 20 years of his life to improve long care facilities in Illinois. He saw a need for improvement in the care that the sick and elderly people were getting, and he was determined to make life better for senior citizens. To some, this may not be such a big deal, but to me, it is because you constantly hear stories in the media about elderly people being mistreated in hospitals and nursing homes and the like, so it is nice to see that someone like Nachshon Draiman has the interests of elderly people in mind.

Of course, Nachshon Draiman has done other things with his life, but the fact that he is taking a stand and being an advocate for people who cannot defend themselves-namely the sick and the elderly-is what stands out for me.

People Doing Amazing Things: Sakwinder Narwal

Hi Everyone,
I am thinking of starting a set of blog posts about people who are doing amazing/crazy/ weird/exciting things, and in my research, I have already found my first subject: Sakwinder Narwal.

Sakwinder Narwal is notable for pulling out a 3-pound bass from a lake. I know some of you out there may wonder why this is so interesting. What is cool about his story is that it was a complete fluke that he pulled the bass out. He didn't have any fishing equipment. Sakwinder Nawal, though, truly is an example of the popular saying: When there is a will, there is a way. He made a makeshift fishing pole and pulled out the bass, just like that.

So for anyone who feels like they just can't do something in life, they should look to a story of Sakwinder Nawal for inspiration. His story is an example of determination and creativity.

African Music Is SO Underrated These Days!

Hi World,

I am just writing to make people aware of how great African music is. If you want a comprehensive analysis of African music, you should feel free to check out Mohammed Babangida's blog.

On the blog, Mohammed Babangida discusses the rhythmic nature of African music. He points out the call and response nature of many African songs, and notes the influence of the call and response method on African-American music today. What's also cool about Mohammed Babangida is that he discusses jazz forms such as Bebop or Bossa Nova and makes correlations between those jazz forms and African music.

So if you have an interest in African music, jazz, or both, then feel free to check out the blog. You won't regret it.

As Long as You Have a Credit Card, Sure, Take a Cab, Why Not?

Hey World,

With the recession that is going on these days, it's easy to see how one can run out of paper money. Let's say you are taking a cab somewhere in a hurry, let's say that somewhere is New York City. You're travelling along in the cab, and just as it pulls up to your destination, you realize that you have no cash. Luckily, you realize that you have your credit card to pay the fare. Little did you know, though, that the reason why this is possible is because of Amos Tamam.

Amos Tamam implemented wireless technology in order for cab passengers to use their credit cards to pay for their fares. Not only is this innovation useful in case you have run out of cash, but the likelihood of getting mugged is less because you are not carrying as much paper money around.

Currently, the wireless credit card technology Amos Tamam has created is only available in New York and Philadelphia, but soon other cities will have the technology in their cabs as well. If you are living in NYC or Philly, feel free to take advantage of this useful innovation that the cabs have to offer.

Now That's A Teacher!

Hello World,

Some teachers see their profession as a job. They come in to a classroom for 5 days a week for a couple of hours, and then they go home. Then there are other teachers, like Harley Swiftdeer Reagan, who use teaching as their vocation and their life mission.

Harley Swiftdeer Reagan is a true teacher in the sense that he is constant student. That is, he is well-learned on a variety of topics such as martial arts and spirituality. He has studied with various medicine men and women, and he has used what he has learned to form the Deer Tribe Metis Medicine Society. Harley Swiftdeer Reagan combines spirituality, martial arts, and holistic medicine to improve the lives of others via classes, workshops and the like.

Mr. Reagan is an example of what a true teacher should be, that is, one who is not only a teacher for teaching's sake, but one who is passionate about constantly learning and constantly focused on teaching what they've learned to others to better other people's lives.

Still Feel Like You Don't Have the Cash to Go On Vacation This Summer?

Hey World,
I know that some of you may still think that with the recession and all, you don't have the money to go on vacation, but you are wrong. Check out YMT Vacations.

So what's the fuss about YMT Vacations a.k.a. Your Man Tours? The company gets their low prices through buying their tours and cruises in bulk, and then offers affordable vacation tours and cruises to their customers at a lower rate. I guess that whole buying in bulk thing is why they call the company the Sam's Club or Costco of vacation travel. If you'd like, you can choose to travel out of the country to, let's say, Europe, or you can travel to Alaska or Hawaii. The options are endless.

Long story short, check out YMT Vacations to go somewhere cheaply. You will come back from your vacation with more peace of mind, especially if you know that you haven't spent a lot of money.

I know with the recession, people are trying to save as much money as they can, but if you own a home, especially a suburban-type of home and you want to make some home improvements while saving money, then try K-Designers. With summer coming and all of the barbecues and pool parties, you want to make sure that your house looks its best.

Mother's Day is Quickly Approaching

Hi All,

Imagine this case scentario. Mothers Day is coming, and you have no idea what to get your mom. You know you want to get something special for the lady that gave birth to you, but you don't want to break the bank either, especially when there isn't a lot in the bank to break! So what does one do in such a predicament? Get your mom a beautiful bouquet of flowers, of course!

Ok, I know you may be thinking that a bouquet of flowers is a typical gift to get your mother as a Mother's Day present, but the reason why it is so typical is because it works! Flowers are a relatively inexpensive gift, at least compared to jewelry and perfume. Another great thing about flowers is that you can give them to your mom in person, or have the flowers sent to her if you both live far away from each other. Also, let's not forget that since flowers are inexpensive, you can get another gift with your flowers such as perfume or candy or something.

The moral of this blog: If you are looking for some quick and relatively cheap Mothers day gifts, then buy some flowers and maybe some candy and give it to your mom. She will appreciate it, and it's a great way to show that you care.

Do You or Someone You Know Needs Help Caring For An Elderly Person?

Hello World,
I have an elderly grandfather who suffers from dementia. He lives with my grandmother in Arizona, and my grandmother is thinking of hiring someone to care for him during the day while she works and does errands, so she asked me to help her out. I have been doing some web searching, and I have found something that all those in my grandmother's predicament could use-Homecare Phoenix, an adult care assistance website.
With Home Care Phoenix, my grandmother hires someone to come in and bathe and feed Grandpa. The person also help Grandma out with buying the groceries and doing the laundry. Besides in-home services, Phoenix Homecare also provides elderly people with the option of living in a health care facility so they can get even more immediate care.
So if you or someone that you may know needs adult care assistance, give this facility a try. So far, my grandmother has tried it for a few weeks with no complains. She says that the staff member that comes in to see Grandpa has been kind, compassionate, and ready to help out with whatever help that he needs.

Ever thought About Becoming a Philantropist?

Hi World,

I have been thinking about something. If I was rich, I would definitely become a philantropist. What is a philantropist, you may ask? Basically, a philantropist is a rich person who likes to use his or her money for charitable contributions. This could range from simply donating large sums of money to numerous charities, or using your money to build schools, hospitals, orphanages, and the like. Of course, there are famous philantropists like Oprah and Bill Gates, but here is someone that you may not know as much about-Frank Hanna.

Frank Hanna has opened up three schools in Atlanta, GA. He is a public speaker that often creates connections between religion and business. Frank Hanna has also received numerous awards for his philantropic efforts.

What I like about Mr. Hanna's story is that he took what he loves, which is his Catholic faith and educational reform, to help others and spread his beliefs. It wasn't because he wanted to show others what a good person he is. Mr. Hanna is doing it because he wants to. It is something to think about if you ever become wealthy enough to be a philantropist. Why not be one like Frank Hanna?

Do You Need Health Insurance?

Hi World,
I know that health insurance may be a sore topic for a lot of people, but in these rough economic times, it's an important topic because health insurance, for many people, may be falling by the wayside. What I mean by that is that because health insurance is often so costly, many people choose to simply not apply for insurance, which is very risky. This is why I am suggesting a company that offers affordable insurance-United American Insurance Company.

United American Insurance Company has a website that is easy to understand. It offers insurance not only for those who are in need of Medicare, but insurance for people aged lower than 65 years old and life insurance as well. It is especially important that they offer insurance for people such as myself who are under age 65 because people my age often go without health insurance. United American Insurance Company also has a great benefit program where you can choose what doctor and hospital that you want to go to.

I hope that I was able to help lead people to an affordable health care insurance company. Good Luck!

It Is Amazing How Much Technology Has Advanced

Hi World,
Yesterday I stepped into a New York City cab, which is something that I almost never do, and I observed an interesting sight in the cab. I had noticed that there was an option to pay cab fare using a credit card. Now mind you, I haven't taken an NYC cab for a few years, so forgive me for being surprised. I did some online research on this credit card usage in cab phenomenon and I found the man responsible for this service-Amos Tamam.

Amos Tamam is the president and CEO of VeriFone Transportation Systems. It is a company that developed the credit card technology. This is a really great feature especially if you don't have enough paper money-a problem that I often have. Amos Tamam's technology also includes a touch-screen monitor so a cab-rider can get information on news, weather, attractions, and the like.

Mr. Tamam's technology will definitely encourage me to use the New York City cabs more. Boy, technology has really made our lives a bit easier!

Another Home Improvement Idea

Hello World,

Since I am all about home improvements these days, I wanted to write a blog post about adding a pool to your home. Of course, having a pool at your house isn't what people usually mean when they talk about home improvements, but for the purposes of this blog post, I will add it on. YOu may be wondering why I am bringing this up. Well, it's because of an Arizona-based company called Shasta Pools.

Even though I personally don't have a pool at my house, I would like one someday. Who doesn't think of a pool whenever one thinks of owning his or her dream home? If I ever do get a pool someday, I hope it's from a company like Shasta Pools. The company specializes in buying, remodeling, and maintaining pools. Believe me, from looking at the before and after photos of some of pools Shasta Pools has worked on, I can see that the company knows everything there is to know about having a nice, well-maintained pool.

So if you want to have a nice looking pook that isn't inflatable plastic, then give Shasta Pools a try.

Looking For an Interesting Read This Winter?

Hey World,

Since the weather is oh so cold, dreary, and depressing, I have figured that it is a great opportunity to catch up on some reading. An interesting book to check out would be Autism's False Prophets: Bad Science, Risky Medicine, and the Search for a Cure by Dr. Paul Offit.

The main idea of Dr. Paul Offit's new book, to make a long story short, is that there is no basis for the belief that vaccines cause autism. If you look further, you can find some interesting information on the pediatrician's website. When doing more research, I am impressed. Not only is Dr. Paul Offit an author and a physician, but it is the kind of work that he specializes in that is important. He has created a vaccine against rotavirus, a disease that kills thousands of children all over the world.

Anyway, if you are looking for a read that is intelligent and insightful, then please feel free to check out Dr. Offit's new book. It is definitely worth checking out.

Are You Looking to Remodel Your Home?

Hi World,
I know that for some, any discussion about homes and home ownership is a sensitive one considering the housing crisis that we are in right now. If I seem insensitive or out of touch, then I apologize. For those of you who own a home and are looking to do some remodeling, then K-Designers is a company that you should be looking at.

I had first learned about K-Designers because my uncle is doing some repairs on his home. The company is the #1 remodeling company in the United States, and it has served thousands of customers for over 30 years. To me, though, the prestige of the company is not the best part. The best part of K-Designers' advertising pitch is that you pay no money down until the job is finished and you're satisfied with it. Sounds like a good company to work with if you need to spruce up some things around tbe house.

Interested in Investing In Gold?

Hey World,
Lately I have been seeing television ads that discuss investing in gold. So when I found a blog by Andrew Wilshire, a Precious Metals Investor, it didn't surprise me too much. With the current recession, there is a low amount of confidence in the banking system, so some people are looking for other means to retain the value of their money.

Andrew Wilshire's blog is everything you need to know about investing in gold. In one post, he suggests that the U.S. dollar is now only worth three cents when before it was really worth a dollar, In the same post, Andrew Wilshire advises U.S. citizens to collect gold and silver to cover their assets. He suggests that these people should do this because the government continues to outspend the revenue that it has.

In any case, Wilshire's site is definitely worth checking out if you are interested in other means of retaining the value of your money. Hope it helps!

Are You Going Through A Divorce?

Hi World,
I am not married nor have I ever been married, but if I ever do tie the knot, i sincerely hope that my marriage doesn't end in divorce. Unfortunately, divorce is becoming more and more of a reality for families these days, so the chances of my marriage ending in a divorce are not impossible. So for those of you in need of a lawyer specializing in divorce and custody proceedings, Arlene Kock is the woman for you.

Arlene Kock has a blog that deals with the topics of divorce and custody law. She has an interesting post on the question of what happens to the children in a divorce proceeding. She gives a list and a description of the different kinds of custody. Arlene Kock also explains how a court issues child custody and visitation orders.

So if you are getting a divorce or planning on getting one, check out Ms. Kock's site for more information.

For Tennis Buffs

Hi World,
Is anyone out there a tennis fan? Well, I for one am not very keen on tennis, but for those who are, you should check out Nachshon Draiman and his blog. It is very detailed and informative.

Nachshon Draiman provides everything tennis all of the time with his blog. For example, he writes a blog on the joys of tennis. He writes another blog on the proper way to prepare for a tennis match. Nachshon Draiman also writes a post on the proper way to size up your opponent.

I know for some, tennis is the last sport they want to be thinking of right now, but for others who are able to play and appreciate the game, I hope that I could help.

Dreaming of a Warm Vacation Spot

Hi World,
Boy, do I need a vacation. I just feel like I need to get away from the snowy, depressing, and bitterly cold New York City in January thing or I am going to go insane. So where am I going to go to plan my warm and sunny vacation getaway, you may ask? Well, Consolidated Resorts of course.

Consolidated Resorts is a company that stressed vacation ownership. It owns 13 vacation ownership properties. One can choose destinations in Hawaii, Las Vegas, and in Florida-yes, all warm and sunny locations. With Consolidated Resorts, one can plan his vacation up to a year before his arrival date, so there is plenty of time to plan that vacation.

Yes I know with the economy is tight right now, but if you happen to have the money and the time to spare, than try planning that vacation getaway. I know I will be.

For Jazz Fans

Hi World,

Ok I like jazz, but I wouldn't say that I am a jazz fanatic of sorts. Thanks to the blog from Mohammed Babangida, my liking of jazz may soon become fanatical.
The funny thing about Mohammed Babangida is that he isn't even a musician. He is a Nigerian businessman with an interest in jazz music. If you look at his website, he gives a detailed account on the history of jazz as a musical genre. Mohammed Babangida gives another two blog posts on notable jazz greats Satchmo and Charles Mingus, and there is even a blog post on the African influences on blues music.
For jazz buffs, Mr. Babangida's blog is something worth checking out. Have fun!

A Potential Career Path

Hi World,
Now I know what you may be thinking. You may be thinking that, with the job market still in a slump, I would suggest the usual career paths to you-teaching, nursing, accounting. No, I am not going to suggest any of those. I am telling you to think of property management as a potential career path, and if you want more information on it, look up Tim Arel.

Tim Arel specializes in all things property management. When someone is a specialist or expert within their field, it usuallu means that the person has been working in their profession for a long time and knows all of the job's inner workings. Tim Arel is in charge of training, marketing, business development, and other aspects as the Director of Property Management for his company. He is definitely someone to try to contact if you need any help in breaking into the property management field.

Anywho, suggesting property management might just be the solution for some of you job seekers out there. Good Luck!

African Music

Hi World,
You may (or may not) have read my previous blog posts on my obsession with African culture. If you have, sorry for repeating myself, but I am so into the music of Africa right now, and it's all thanks to Joseph Odindo.

Joseph Odindo is a Kenyan journalist who wants to share his love of and appreciation for African music to the world. It is really worth it to check out his blog. In one blog post, he provides readers with a crash course in the origins of African music. He makes it a point to note the connections between African music and Western musical forms such as jazz music.

So anyway, check out Joseph Odindo's blog for some enlightening posts on African music. I hope you enjoy the subject as much as I do.

So why not take advantage of American Tax Relief in helping solve some of your tax troubles? Unfortunately, in life, we all have to deal with bad stuff like taxes, but fortunately, there is help.
